Right now it's Duvel but in a week or two it might be something else. It was Affligem Triple a while ago but the last lot I bought didn't taste right so I went off it. You've got to have it standing upright for a couple of days in the coldest part of the fridge or bung it in the freezer for an additional 20 minutes if your fridge can't get it really cold. And don't knock the bottle or pour the last half inch out or you'll get yeast in the glass and it ruins the taste. But if you get it right it's spectacular. Careful pouring too as it can get a bit of a head on it, use a pint glass.

I like red wine too, try and avoid spirits. Mainly poncey beers for me.

I don't know where in the world you're at the moment but if you have access to it, try l'Abbaye du Roc, the brown one, un pur délice. I very much appreciate a good Faro from time to time. Bless me, luxembourg is in the middle of France, Germany and Belgium, I have infinite access to all the good vices from every one of these places, chocolate, fudges, good cheeses, good beers... fantastic.
