Sorry to stray from judging processes, but I would put money on the fact that, not all, but some judges just do what they're told. There have been some fights where corruption has been exposed, but I'm sure there are many others where they've gotten away with it. Everyone knows the sanctioning bodies are corrupt as hell, and I'm sure they play a part in it. Can I prove this? Of course not. I love the sport, not the system. I hope one day boxing is put back on the map in terms of mainstream sports. I hope one day it'll sit right next to tennis, basketball, hockey, football, etc. For that to happen though, there need to be some drastic changes, and a single, uncorrupted sanctioning body, governing the sport. We can only dream

...Until then I'll just stick with my conspiracy theories... and btw, I'm not saying it's all corruption. I'm sure there are just some plainly stupid judges.
