What happens if they draw? Or it's called as a no decision? Will they bother going through it all again
either way, gotta give credit to both of them, the fight was put together quickly and with barely any bullshit (up to now), which basically goes to show how bad both guys actually want the fight, so gotta give them props for that

    agree

Very surprised at floyd taking the fight so suddenly. Pac would get in the ring with a transformer if he had too. But floyd is usually a lot more reserved than this!!

both are pretty much known for dragging along negotiations longer than it should lol but yea gotta give Pacquiao credit for agreeing to the hardest fight of his career, just 3 months removed from his fight with Cotto

He is a crafty dude, though. He knows that as many people watch his fights to see him loss as to see him win, if not more. He doesn't care whether he's the good guy or the bad guy.

Mayweather's terms are ridiculous most of the time. Hell, he might say he wants the fight at 154 for all we know.
No buddy. Every article that I've read on the subject states the same thing: Floyd agreed to Arum's terms. It's all on Pac now. The discussion was always in regards to March. Now that push comes to shove, Pac doesn't like the date and wants the 60/40 split. This is BS.

I hope that all of the Mayweather-haters saying that Floyd always runs from fights, can finally admit that Floyd does want to fight the best. It's Manny and Roach who are running with their tails between their legs now.
YEah sure, that's why Floyd did refuse a juicy 8 millions to fight MArgarito and accepted a lower check pay for another fight instead. IF there is something, Manny always fought the best of the best. You really can'y say that from Floyd. Fact.
It's funny how you bring up old news when Pacquiao starts dodging. And just to set your facts straight, he earned the same amount fighting Baldomir instead of Margacheato and it was for a title. It was just the smart move. I'd pick the easier fight rather than facing someone with cinder blocks in their hands for the less prestigious title.

.....NOW back on topic (for all of the Floyd-haters bringing up their old hate-topics).. Manny has agreed to fight on March 13 so it looks like we'll get to see his ass-whoopin after all.

Still think Floyd doesn't want to fight the best? He seems to be making all the first moves now Manny seems to be a bit of a diva. I hope the "minor adjustments" Pac wants ironed out in Arums contract don't put the fight in jeopardy. LETS SEE IT!

    From PhilBoxing:

    Excerpts:
    ----------
Arum met with Pacquiao at the New World hotel in Makati City Friday in the presence of only one other person – Pacquiao adviser Michael Konz. Arum said “I had a meeting this morning and we went over all the points and now I have to go back to the United States and sit with the Mayweather people and finalize some very minor aspects and then we’ll have an announcement sometime next week.
    ----------

Now let see how the Mayweathers take this news.
read and weep? i said the fight would be made, and it was fact that Pacquiao was the one stalling, if he signed on well good for him, props to both guys for agreeing quickly and showing that they really want the fight, it's how it should be done anyways, how Mayweather will take the news? he isn't reluctant seeing how he was the first one to sign on
I read the news about the Pacquiao - Arum meeting last Dec. 4. The Pacquiao vs Cotto match was held last Nov. 14. It has not yet been 1 month since he fought and you call Pacquiao stalling? Come on man, give Pacquiao a break. The least you could have done is waited a month or so and then say he is stalling and you would not get any arguments from me.

And by the way Mayweather should be the 1st one to sign up and not Pacquiao. Pacquiao is the champ, he does not need to sign up first. But one thing your right about. Props to both guys for agreeing quickly.

Nice said bro,, I LOL at the people telling pacman is stalling.. so a few days after a big fight is already considered stalling and being a diva??
