Yeah there are many annoying pactards nowadays but they've around for at least 6 yrs in the boxing forum community.


I think this is what happened :

Pac after Ledwabba was already a 2 division champion ( Linear, WBC 112 and IBF 122). To the Hardcore fans Manny Pacquiao is a promising Good Champion that could be GREAT but that is not the case for Pactards to them he is already a GREAT Fighter.

Most Hardcore fans have seen Pac againts Ledwabba, Sanchez, Julio and Lucero before Barrera. With those 4 Fights a hardcore fan would rate Pac as a Good Ordinary belted champion. but the pactards have seen more devastating performances than those 4 fights. Sasakul, Chocviat, Barotillo, Jamili, Hussein, Rakkiatgym and Mckellin were all great fights for Pacquiao thus the pactards rate Pacquiao very high.

so when the Barrera fight comes along where Barrera was heavily favored. pactards would go the forums and posts some annoying and ridiculous comments as "Pacquiao will win', "Pacquiao will knock barrera out" and at that time. It really sounds annoying and ridiculous

So from that fight on its been like that becase the Hardcore boxing fans keeps getting annoyed at the pactards because the pactards "Worship" pacquiao and ridiculously overrate him. The only friend that the pactards have are the record books.

I can't really vote either way as I am a fan of both fighters.

Usually I think Manny will lose and don't really care if he does, but then once he starts actually fighting in the ring and you see that mini tornando in action, beaming smile as he goes back to his corner and ultra humble in victory I can't help but love the guy.

If he did pull it off against Floyd I'd be beaming from ear to ear for him, but if Floyd wins I'll enjoy the continuing legacy of the man who seemingly can't be beat.

I remember during the RBR for Oscar Pac you were almost falling off your chair with excitement by round 3 when Pac started to really nail big, bad Oscar, and it was apparent that this little guy's gonna beat him up!!

You said it perfectly though, seeing the little humble underdog dancing around getting a feel for everything, then start throwing together huge combo's on someone big who could knock him out with one punch on a good day,,, it's bloody exciting...
