Sounds like some meaningful changes. Build a bit more muscles as well in order to get more pop and don't forget to train your abs to absorb body shots but sparring 4 times a week with a trainer overlooking what you're doing and running every damn days is a good start. If you can keep doing that till the fight, I believe you can make it. A lot of pads working too or?

i work on my ablounge every day and i been lefting a little weights we do pad work everyday and i jumprope 6rds and hit the heavey bag as fast as i can for 6rds with stright punches and i use the speed bag and my fav one we do is a dummy that lights up win u hit it eaither at the knock out point or the body

Sounds very good Andrew, you seem to work hard enough on more or less every aspect of your game, I think your chances against Zelenoff are good enough, just don't be cocky and do not give him hints of what you're doing on youtubeIf you can pad your body with even more muscles than last time, it sounds very right, especially considering you're working hard on your cardio. Then you'll have to take a revenge against David Dumas.
