I was just wondering what is the correct way of performing the uppercut, sometimes when i uppercut it feels awkward and weak when i do a left uppercut i transfer the weight to my lead foot heel down and up on the ball of my right foot and same for the right uppercut i transfer my weight to the right foot heal down and up on the ball of my lead foot, however it feels like im doing the right uppercut wrong and i can gain more power from it by dropping the weight to my lead foot and on the ball of my right foot similar to a cross type of footwork.
