Pacquiao is asking a 10 million dollar per pound at 147lbs limit. Why Floyd don't agree? Maybe he plans to come in 150 lbs at weigh-in.

I smell something fishy here. I think Floyd will come BIG at fight night and make Pacquiao weaker and smaller after lots of serious drug test.
