Manny does have a phobia of needles. Any one of us here that does have a phobia would not be happy if you are force to do something that you don't want to do. The olympic style testing will subject you to a random blood test of 3-5 times and 11 urine test. So if you have a phobia with needles you would always be worried when would the next blood test will occur and it would affect you mentally as you prepare for the fight.

What's the difference in time then? As for others phobias of needles surely they would overcome that for 40 million dollars.
The difference in time is the 3 remaining blood test. Its between training camp and fight night itself. Phobias can be overcome surely for 40 million. But the point is there is nothing that they are going to find 24 hours before the fight that they cannot find five minutes after the fight.
Good than you agree there is no issue other than divaism then. I'm not saying Mayweather isn't a diva too, but on this point I don't see any valid reason to NOT change the drug test time.
