I agree, I personally don't believe Pacquiao would use illegal substances. Which is why I have a hard time seeing a good reason for him to not take the tests. Hell I'd overcome a little fatigue and a drug screen for what will probably be a 40 million dollar pay day, who wouldn't?

why? i very much doubt pacquiao works out all his own nutrition, what to eat and what time along with any supplements he uses, after all he isnt the one with the degrees in sports biology or whatever ...

There has been no substantial evidence to prove he has used illegal substances. I DO want him to take the test.
