2:35 - at the least you can say he knocked cotto off balance.. which still takes some power to do.

there was another punch which wobbled cotto a little in the early rounds but can't find it..

do his legs go ? no
does he try to cover up or clinch ? no

he is simply a bit off balance when the shot lands, cotto covers up and either clinches or backs up a bit when he is wobbled... funny he did none of that here

i like paulie but dont make him out to be something he isnt
