I agree impose it for all fights then. But Pac is could be a great introduction to these tests for the boxing world! what better way to start a new testing of fighters than to test it's two biggest stars.

This has gotten out of hand there are at least 10 threads with the exact same arguments on them. Can we get a mod to merge them all?
And of course we are going to break Pac's balls about this, it's HIS negotiation. He is going to sue Mayweather to try to turn this into something else, to hide the fact he is backing out of the fight to not take a drug test.
I guarantee if the roles were reversed and Pacquiao was asking for the drug test, Intazz, The Congressman, PSL, brucelee, Dr. Steelhammer would be on the exact other side of the argument saying floyd is scared.
The biggest fight of our generation deserves unique treatment. Why not use it as a precedent to a higher standard of drug testing.
Mosley/Berto should not have extra drug testing because the contracts are already done and signed.
For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.
lol Ok start to kill you self because Pacquiao agree for random drug test.

No he didn't, read the original article that is quoted from ESPN.
If you click the link it goes to boxing news 24 .com where the writer falsely represents the original article which is the URL if you copy and paste it instead of clicking it. In that article it quotes Arum saying they will NOT submit to random tests and still want:
"Manny will submit to as many random urine tests requested," Arum said. "Regarding the blood tests, he will subject himself to three tests -- one given in January during the week the fight is formally announced, one 30 days from the fight, no later than Feb. 13, and the final one immediately following the fight, in Manny's locker room.
"The major issue related to the testing rests with which independent agency will administer these tests," he said. "The United States Anti Doping Agency cannot do it because they will not amend its procedures to accommodate the blood testing schedule we have outlined. USADA, under its guidelines, would have the right to administer random blood tests as many times as they want up to weigh-in day and that is ludicrous." - Bob Arum from direct quote

The rule is the rule. Pacquiao is not making them. But Mayweather is changing them with baseless accusation.
The 3 biggest, most hyped fights in boxing history Ali-Frazier, Leonard-Hearns, and DLH-Trinidad didn't get "unique treatment". Why should Pac-Floyd be different?
Just stick with traditional NSAC test and let the fight negotiation resume.
