Anybody who thinks that Pacquiao realistically has any shot at a defamation suit is a freaking moron. If someone asks you a question, you can say "yeah, I think he's on steroids." People might hate you and what not but there's no legal ramifications for saying that. This is fucking America!!! Get it straight. Do you know how many bloggers every once in a while accuse Albert Pujols of juicing? There's a big difference between saying "yeah i've seen him use steroids with my own eyes before, I know he used steroids." and "Yeah, I think he's on steroids. Something is fishy there." You know who also tried defamation suits? Roger Clemens and Shane Mosley. Hahaha. Why can't Manny just take the tests? I swear to God, I NEVER even suspected Manny of PED use until Mayweather Sr. and Malignaggi started talking. Then I was like "hmmm. Ehhh, probably not." Then Manny refused the USADA testing and now is filing a defamation suit? We've seen this same act before from confirmed PED users.

What you don't see is that months later after those said celebrities raise their defamation suits, those suits are dismissed. And i believe cintron and malignaggi should really be included on that law suit. This has steamrolled to a degrading matter for pac and mostly everyone is riding this hype. You don't seem to realize that the source of all this should be thought a lesson, so as the fans fighting out of themselves and the chaos bought about by an imaginitive crack head's mouth!
No blood test just to agree to a crack head. Would a guy enveloped with machismo do such a thing? The law suit will prove everything as there will be an investigation so why agree with sr. or pbf's camp terms? The fight could have happened if team pbf did not proposed this stupid olympic drug test shit.
And if the public really wants it, pac would eventually abide with the blood test. This will be a blow to the obvious haters out there who kept riding this hype to jump the gun. 40million dollars is something pac won't take off for granted believe me.
