I don't believe there is much of a case. They could have gone after Mayweather Snr some time back, but they let it go and it probably wouldn't have got very far anyway. Are they also going to try and go for Malignaggi and Cintron too, after all they have suggested that Pac might be juicing as well.

They have no justification in suing because of the request for extensive testing. Now in Korea they would have a case because the laws are screwy and saying or printing anything negative that hurts ones potential income is illegal (good for protecting corrupt businesses). But as far as I am aware, America is far more civilised when it comes to the protection of free speech. The case would likely be thrown out.

Taking the tests would be far easier and command a lot more respect than going through with this. The Pac camp seems to be all over the place right now and it really doesn't look very good.

Read stupid! I want to see that fight as much as anyone. They did a press release specifically to attack Pacquiao designed to try and make him look like he's on something. They did this with a gag agreement in place to prevent media negotiations. This proves malicious intent toward his image which is one of the hardest criteria to meet in proving defamation of character.
