Looks like the fight is OFF PFB camp is not budging on the Random Drug Test issue. Also they are not agreeable to having the commission decide.

It'll happen, IMO. Too much money involved. Pacs got the date he wanted, the split, the weight and the huge penalties for going over; so I can't imainge him balking unless he's actually does juice.

Thats the trap PBF has set for him: either fight or appear to be a cheater. Maybe he needs a way to save face (I thought the dropping of the USADA stipulation would provide him cover) but other than that there really is no reason for him to avoid signing.
