2010 cant be his last year! He is stile primed and young! But to be fair i'd have to say if he does move up he has the best chance at getting a title especially as Arum promotes Pavlik an this would be a big money fight. If Margacheato hadnt beaten him he would be fighting along time after 2010.![]()

It's not just the Margarito thing IMO. Cotto by far and large has tried to make MOST of his fights wars, and fighters like that are exciting but fade much faster than normal. I respect him taking a few more fights and then calling it a day. He has had a brilliant career and fought the best at 147. Because of that I can understand him wanting to move up to 154.
For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.

I wonder a lot more why he doesn't move on to go with a real good trainer, personally.

That's the way it is, not the way it ends

I think Cotto might be a bit small for LMW. Most fighters will have a height and reach advantage over him, but whether they can use it or not is another issue. He should stay at WW and maybe fight Clottey again or maybe the winner of Berto/Mosley. Heck, even Collazo would be a great fight to make.

This is great as I often said and have been saying that I would like to see him capture a 3rd title...
I think the time is now, his next fight should be at 154.
A Yuri Foreman fight is very winable IMO.
