I agree wholeheartedly; this is now beyond ridiculous Roach stated on camera that they had agreed to Olympic Style Testing; and now this? I really wanted to see this fight, and although I believed that PFB would win; I thought it would be a legacy defining fight for both men.

It is absurd. You showed the video where Roach was cockily talking about Olympic style testing and that request was brought forward. And it is the Pac team that have had the issues ever since. I wanted the fight too and was even going to support Manny. No chance now. That little turd does not even deserve the time of day from any serious fan of boxing. The request was a minor one at the end of the day, and he turned it into a mountain and even now fails to show any realisation of just how bad he looks.

i was impressed with Paulie against Diaz, and i think he has a shot at being one of the best at 140, but that's only if Pacquiao doesn't go back down, this fight is a fraud, and its completely ridiculous that they're even considering it as an option, but i bet you if Floyd chooses to fight, lets say someone like Collazo or Bradley, he'll be taking on a lesser opponent and get ragged on it for months

Every fans opinion counts to a greater or lesser degree. Taken as a collective whole the opinions on boxing forums are probably quite substantial and do matter. It's easy enough to pass over the less coherent babble that I quoted above.
