the $10m was a direct reaction immediately to mayweather's demand of olympic type drug testing so you got to see where it's coming from

And Mayweather accepted, no ifs no buts and no silly odd excuses like Pac that only raise doubts on his past accomplishments.

Taking the blood tests and coming out clean showing everybody that the rumors are not true is waaaaaay better than backing off and looking for cheap childish excuses making everybody have doubts about him using PEDs and questioning his accomplishments.

Like someone said before, imagine you were accused of stealing in a store and were asked to empty your pockets. Anybody would empty the pockets to prove them wrong as a slap in the face. It would be foolish to come up with excuses: "I am not showing you my pockets because I am supersticious...I will not show you my pockets because it makes me nervous...No no no, wait a minute, I won't show you my pockets because you just want to control me you bully...I will show you my pockets if you tell me exactly what day and time of the day you will come to check them..." Come on Pac! Prove people wrong and take the random blood tests!

Is Don King, Bob Arum, Pac, and Margarito in the same league now?

really, this is all B.S. why ask pac to take this test when he's never asked any previous opponent before? that's why some people are questioning floyd that maybe he's afraid of manny. they talk about a level playing field, never mind agreeing to fight jmm at a catchweight and coming in 2lbs over, and now agreeing to face pac at 147lbs when pac isn't even a natural welter. team pac just doesn't want to be bullied into taking a test that never been done in this type of fight before. why are the mayweathers suddenly singling pacquiao out to take the test when it's never been required? are they afraid of something? why don't they just get on with the fight, forget the test, take peds themselves if they can get away with it. that's it, why not take the peds themselves? that will equal the playing field. in all honesty i think mayweather is losing his balls. just fight pacquiao floyd, take the peds yourself and see if you can get away with it. lmao!

So your solution to it all is for everyone to get all roided-up and fight each other using useless testing methods. You aren't a WWE fan by any chance, are you?

well if the present testing in pro boxing isn't enough to catch these roiders, then the rest must be stupid not to do it. it seems manny is the only one doing it and getting away with it. lol

This is professional sports when you have the means to take your game to the next level to insure your income and legacy, how many people will jump on the opportunity to get that edge? I would say a hell of a lot more than are being caught. It may seem that Pacquiao is being singled out, but that's because of his reaction. Mayweather will be taking the tests as well, this is a totally overlooked point. It would be a nice sign for boxing that the best offensive and best defensive fight of our time could be the role models they should be, by subjecting themselves to the tests.
For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.

No, no, no. I don't like that suggestion at all.

Surely, a random blood test for both fighters is a better option than allowing them to juice up and bash each others brains in.

Boxing needs to fix it's lacklustre ways and this fight is a good place to start, let's not excuse more illegal behaviour just because we want a fight. It's wrong and there is no way to defend it.

that was said tongue in cheek miles. honestly we all just want to see this fight. pacquiao really is okay with blood testing, just not a couple of days before the fight. i hope they can come up with a compromise soon that would be acceptable to both parties. these are just posturing but when egos get in the way the fight might not happen at all.
