Every fans opinion counts to a greater or lesser degree. Taken as a collective whole the opinions on boxing forums are probably quite substantial and do matter. It's easy enough to pass over the less coherent babble that I quoted above.

Yeah, that is Pac's last ditch efforted excuses. All his other excuses have been debunked. One by video. He wants to sue, like Roger Clemens and Marion Jones, and he only recognizes NSAC testing. If Margarito would've said the same, the commission approved his first handwrap, and he would've went into the ring with stoned hands against Mosley. I am done being a Pac fan. Pac keeps reiterating the same useless reasons like he and his in denial stuck between him and his jockstrap fans don't get the simplified breakdowns of why the tests have to be random blood test. Pac is so simple minded or steroid dependent that he didn't even realize that if he'd just cycled off and passed the tests then he'd never had to be tested again. But now he has casted way too many doubts and suspicions.
