Some very very easy tips that makes the hell of a difference and which many peoples do not realize evilness:

    1) Soda are pure evilness, just drinking a can a day can seriously mash your body within 1 or two months if you don't exercise, no matter how, avoid these at all costs, very easy, makes a major difference in the middle run.

    2) Sugar in your coffee in the morning: A friend of mine had a very very bad habit of putting 3 to 4 little sugars once per day in his coffee... it's a LOT, he lost 15 pounds in one month just by stopping pouring coffee with sugar.

    3) fried food is the brother of the mother of all evilness, try to avoid that at all cost as well, burgers, fries etc.

    4) Reduce your consumption of red meat. Normally, 2-3 times a week should be ok, if you eat a full t-bone or some huge pieces more than 2-3 times a week, it'll show up on your body for sure.

    5) candies, chocolates etc: Limit yourself, do not reward yourself after every meal with those, these little bastards are worst than cannibals.

I absolutely do not reinvent the wheel here, these are no secrets to nobody but I name these things for a reason: It is little habits like that who will make a huge negative difference in the middle run, you have no ideas. Kick these small habits, if you can do it for more than 2 consecutive months, you will see some significant improvement, the rest will be done by conducting proper physical activities

I say eat what you want and be merry. That's the fat man's way. Ok a little cheesy but I was up around 255 and I now stay around 230 and I am still there and I haven't been to the gym in like six weeks. Although I am starting today when I leave work. (New Year's resolution) My simple way of doing it was cutting meal proportions down. Instead of getting that extra scoop of mash potato's just eat what you've got. Another biggie I cut down on was meals after dinner which was usually 6:00. Instead I would eat shitloads of peanuts elephant size. Not that planter's shit but just the regular shell kind. If you cut the intake of food you will lose weight simple as that.

As for working out just take it slow. If you use a treadmill walk on an incline. Do this for a week slowly getting the speed up every day until you are able to jog on a non-incline.

If you run on a track shoot for 1 mile doesn't matter how you get there just try jogging a little bit if you get tired STOP. Walk the rest or until you think you can get moving again then try again. Soon in a week or two's time you will be running this track at a decent pace. Hope this helps.Good luck.
