Do you have an article to back up your statement about Manny accepting?
Exactly what I was going to ask for. The latest I read was both sides will be going into mediation on tuesday. There was no mention of Pacquiao accepting the random blood tests & urine tests that Mayweather was requesting. If he did, why would they even be going into mediation?
mayweather hasn't signed the contract yet and he may not sign because of the case filed against them. there's so many things that need mediation. blood testing in my personal opinion does not need mediation. pac only need to say yes and that's it. Mayweather, on the other hand, may not sign the contract no matter how profitable it is. He ducked Margarito for $8 million and he's also planning of doing it against the Pac.
That's not why they're going into mediation.

Top Rank and Golden Boy have agreed on all points on the Pacquiao-Mayweather fight except for one: The protocol for drug testing.
Even though the Nevada State Athletic Commission, which would oversee the bout at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, doesn't require blood testing, Mayweather has insisted on random blood testing. Both sides have already agreed to unlimited random urine testing.

All that needs to be worked out is the testing issue. Of course Mayweather isn't going to sign a contract that doesn't require the testing he's pushing for or at least a mediated compromise that they're working towards on tuesday.
