GBP,Shaeffer and Haymon agreed to the 24 days window blood test but Mongofloyd just rejected it.They all knew that it's reasonable enough,including floyd to detect PED or HGH but because his scared and does not really want to fight Manny in the first place,fight is off..If NSAC,USADA and WADA blood and urine tests were not reliable,then all the previous fights of boxing who uses these organizations WERE ALL IN QUESTION,including that f**** 40 wins by that "self-proclaimed great" Gayweather Jr.
