"Its been proven that Floyd is the only one that uses illegal drugs to numb his hands before a fight. The only state that Legalizes the drugs Floyd uses for his hands is in Nevada Las Vegas, hence why the Floyd camp didn't want it held in Texas stadium. 49 states have banned Xylocaine in boxing which he injects into his hands to numb any pain before the fight."
Its not a double standard, they are not saying they want Olympic rules, they are saying they want Olympic style drug tests.

In a sense it is. Mayweathers deluding susceptible people into believing that Pac is using illegal drugs to aid his performance so they insists on the olympic standard test. Well Mayweather performance will be possibly limited by his hand pain so he uses this illegal pain killers which is illegal via Olympic standard.

I see Mayweather future fights will be outside those states that banned this painkiller since it is, you know, aid his performance.
But it is not a double standard. Mayweather is fighting legally, he doesnt use it out of nevada. Anyone mayweather has fought and pac have the opportunity to use the same stuff if they want to. The title is misleading...using a banned substance when technically it isnt. It only counts as banned if you use it in the place where it is banned. That would be like saying somone from Amsterdam was smoking pot in Amsterdam and then called it a "banned substance" because its banned where you come from. Where as using steroids or HGH is illegal everywhere. I dont think Mayweather would care if Manny came out and said im using the same stuff you use for your hands this fight because its in Nevada.
