My friend Sebas used to work there for 2 years as architect. He told me some of the weirdest things. For example, never say fuck, apparently you can be thrown out of the country for just that offense if you stumble over zealot police officers. He also told me that being drunk was tolerated as long as you were a foreigner and that the opposite wasn't quite true. Weird place, I'd go and visit one of these days as it looks like another universe but just to see and to then escape.
