Yeah, pretty screwed up, but not altogether surprising considering how backwards places like Dubai seem to be. Moral of the lesson, don't get drunk in Dubai. I have a friend who lives in Dubai and he quite likes it, but it doesn't sound like my cup of tea at all. Dubai seems a bit warped to me.
