Andre, listen....I am 100% for helping the environment but what I am opposed to is the black and white certainty in which these guys like Al Gore speak with. Al Gore and his like LOVE to say "The debate is over"

....why would someone like Al Gore who HAS to be interested in the science of this situation be so quick to say "The debate is over"? Well that's simple, because there's money in it for him, there's millions if not BILLIONS of dollars in all this "Green" bullcrap and Carbon Offsets for Al Gore and tot tell you the truth Al Gore has not given ANYONE an answer to solve this issue because for him no answer exists outside his green products and Carbon offsets.

I might add as well that Carbon Offsets should just be labled "Indulgences" because that's exactly what they are! The Carbon Offset program is 100% identical to the Catholic Church allowing for it's higher class members to purchase their ticket to heaven with money and not a life devoted to the Lord.

If there were zero humans on earth, nature would be allot more balanced.

I actually think we will lose rain fall into the subterranean caverns that we create through our unnatural extractions of stuff too.That hasnt been mentioned yet by our so called experts.

There has only been a certain amount of h2o on the planet since day one and it is recycled through life and death and many other ways; we cant make more in large volumes we can only seek and take and recreate what we observe with cloud seeding etc.

Oil is a natural coolant,everything that is on or in Earth is there for good reason.

We are still ripping down forests,raping oceans, polluting the air.
hunted out some species ,taken land over from others who have ceased to exist,the list goes on and on.Agricultre and forrestation that has caused seasonal changes like the Elnino effect,next comes the reversing of ocean currents and that is change.

Nature will get the clue that its better off without certain types of life forms_humans, its a system that wins even at the expense of what we believe as Utopia ( at its expense, as in expiry.)

Look at mars that's our near future.

OK Andre for the sake of arguement let's say you're right....would 0 human beings on Earth stop deserts from forming? Would it stop extinctions from happening? Would it stop the climate from changing?

Natural evolution would do it too within its own timing on a lesser scale so that the whole globe balances .What we have achieved in a couple of hundred years out of billions is a different matter.

We create it unnaturally via greed and over population. 300 years is nothing over that time scale Lyle, look what we have achieved!

Life is violent...that's the facts plenty of species have died out with 0 human involvement or cause. Life without humans could be just as bad as it is right now or even worse for some species but life goes on as well.

Well, we'll see soon enough mate,my bet is sooner than you would ever dream once certain triggers occurs the rest will go off too.

But I wont be blaming anyone except us as a whole; from our infatuation with material objects above each other,to the greed at others expense, oil extraction all the way down the ladder.

One things for certain, cows are doing better globally.

Humans are doing better in numbers globally too but dont hold your breath on those numbers.
