He could have made that fight when Shane came up to the ring and issued the challenge. i dunno about you guys but that "showing" of mosley and bhop was a big blow to moneys image.

Nowhere near the blow Mannys image took refusing blood tests..... How will Manny look if PBF wants Shane to take the tests and he does? A known drug taker would be upstaging Manny.
