He stopped Ricky Hatton a few times in the amatuers and he finally looked like doing something last year.

Aleksy Kuziemski vs. Juergen Braehmer - Boxrec Boxing Encyclopaedia says he was supposed to have gotten a shot at Erdei's title in December. What happened to that?

To bad, shades of Scott Harrison. It seems like whenever he gets his career rolling he goes to jail.

No comparison. Difference between having anger issues and weak ass substance abuse issues. Not only that but Braehmer was a legit fighter. Harrison was so overrated it was sicking

And Harrison was British I don't know, Harrison was never a great fighter but I've never once been sold on Braehmer either.

Erdei moved up in weight and won the WBC Cruiserweight title. Brahmer then inherited the full WBO 175lb title.

It's a shame he's back behind bars He was really starting to fulfill his potential.

    .......

I don't understand these guys really I don't...I mean you have something going good in your life, you know you only have X amount of years to make it or be at the top of your game...They know it takes almost nil and none to have a career side tracked and that is in the ring yet they decide to go places where they can be put into these situations.....

I don't get it mannnNot just this fellow but in all of boxing through all the years of existance......

Shit if I had the opportunity to make millions and be rich beyond my wildest fantasy I would keep my ass locked behind closed doors like a Hermit outside of Training until my career was over....

The guy has serious anger problems, I dont think it's harsh at all this is the 4th/5th time he has been in trouble for similar incidents, he is lucky that is has taken this long for him to do a strectch like this.

Seems harsh for me, but I come from NZ where are laws are too lenient... but he gets what he deserves I suppose, if he can't keep his nose clean its his own fault!!!

Yeah, like James Kirkland... It's like some kind of fear of failure or fear of success.

Yeah believe it or not I was thinking of Kirkland as one of the main fighters who fit this description when I typed the post.....I have heard other people say the same thing about almost being afraid to succeed before
