Won't happen, Pavlik is an HBO fighter, and Dawson and Bute are recent additions to the HBO lineup, and I don't think HBO would let any of them enter the tournament now.
I wouldn't mind seeing the three of them fight in their own mini-tournament. Though obviously a fourth fighter would have to be found.
