Cintron is a good fighter, not elite but good enough. Same thing with Clottey.

I absolutely agree with you entirely. Pac/Clottey and PBF/Cintron are good enough fights. At least the best of the welterweights would finally be fighting each other and clearing out this mess. Maybe Williams/Collazo next.
