How much do you think it would cost me on average with either a package or doing it all seperate to fly from the uk to Las Vegas and stay in a hotel and get some mid range tickets for Mayweather vs Mosley??

depends on the quality of hotel you want to stay in and what price seats. If it were me I would stay in a flea pit (downtown) and spend the money on good seats.
flights £350-£500
I've spent £500-600 on good seats, of course there are much cheaper options, same as in the UK.
don't forget the shopping budget!![]()
When we went to Vegas for the Hatton bouts it cost - 500ish for the flights for 5 days and we stayed in the Excalibur, next door to the MGM, great location on the strip, and one of the cheapest on the strip stayed there for about 150 quid for the 5 days. Spent 75quid on the fight ticket.
I reckon ya looking at about 800-900 quid bud![]()

... Said the girlBeside, Missy's estimations are quite realist, around 500 for the flight, let's say 75 for the fight and then it's all about the hotel, probably a 50 per night and more if you decide to become the Prince of Vegas for a night so 800-1000 perhaps.

That's the way it is, not the way it ends
book your hotel as early as possible, they tend to increase in price during big fight weekends. I'm going to book mine as soon as the fight is official. I lucked out this time as I usually go to Vegas for a trade show around this time every year and it just so happens it's the sametime as the Mosley-Mayweather fight!!!
If you are looking for a cheap hotel, check out the Luxor, it's right across the street from the MGM Grand and usually has the cheapest rooms on that end of the strip. There is also a regional airline called Allegiant Air, they are based out of Las Vegas and have some ridiculous cheap fares. They fly out of Corning, NY so a little research may make it affordable.
I found the price of $882 per ticket (for two people), from Heathrow to McCarran (Vegas airport) with 4 nights at the Luxor. This would be about 552 pounds per person if you have two people. I have no idea how much tickets are going to be I would guess at least 300 pounds per ticket for something decent but not up close. So if my guess is correct the total would be 1,704 pounds for two people with flight, hotel for 4 nights and tickets.

Iam going to vegas on march 11th booked early cause Floyd / Pac were fighting. It doesnt work out much cheaper if you book it all separate. We paid £515 i think it was for 5nights
Depends if you wanna fly direct, we have 1 stop when we go over normally stop at philli. You can get a flight and hotel for £500-upwards we stop in hooters its over road from MGM its cheap and there is a cafe a min walk away.If you pay £300 for tickets you will have a good view in mgm, even at the very back its still an ok view.
Look on Travel deals: cheap flights, hotels, holidays, city breaks - travel cheaper with Expedia! or Book cheap flights, hotels, car rental, city breaks*and package holidays with Opodo with the later normally abit cheaper.

I've been to Vegas 4 times now, 3 times for a fight.
American Airlines do the cheapest flights I've found, check their UK site out. I'd budget between £400 and £450 for the flight. That's with a change though which I personally prefer (breaks the journey up). But if you really do want a direct flight then it's probably £500 plus. Check BMI, Virgin & Continental for Direct flights. Obviously London flights are cheapest but AA also fly from Manchester and Continental & BMI from Brum...
Hotel wise go for the Imperial Palace if budget is an issue, cheapest place to stay that's central on the Strip. You seriously cannot beat the location and it's a decent hotel by UK standards. Places like Circus Circus, Riviera, Sahara & The Stratosphere are as cheap but they're at the top of the strip and a little out the way. Obviously the Imperial is one of the cheapest, but it's a good base point to work out a budget, if you can afford more then somewhere like the Luxor as mentioned would be nicer..
I wouldn't stay downtown as Missy suggested, it is cheap and I actually love downtown but taxis in Vegas are a rip off and you're talking $20 minimum each way from the Strip so it's false economy staying there.
All in you can get a week in Vegas at the Imperial for £550 including flights, even less if you just do a long weekend. I'd def go for a Thursday flight so you're there for weigh in on the Friday as well. Fight wise I'd budget about £150 for the ticket, that's how much I paid for Hatton Castillo. If you can spare it though I'd def pay more, although with the big screens the view from anywhere in the MGM Garden is decent..

When I went to vegas for the mayweather hatton fight I seemed to remember I paid just over a grand for flights and 6 nights in the Hilton.

Balls
fuck the taxi. I used the bus! Rush hour is busy but the rest of the time no problem at all. The the first time i stayed at the gold spike.must have been $20 per night and breakfast was included. And security thought i was a hooker. Beer was much cheaper than on the strip. Happy times. Depends what you what.
Regarding the cheap hotels, guys have mentioned the Luxor and the Excalibur - I'll throw the Tropicana in there as well. It has a fly over footbridge right into the MGM Grand and it was pretty cheap.

For Mayweather - Hatton I paid £430 for flights from London - Minnesota - Vegas and 4 nights at the MGM Grand.
Fight tickets I paid £600 each I think? They were first tier.
I would allocate 2,000 pounds to the venture just to be safe.

i went to vegas for hatton vs mayweather. Best 5 days of my life (only slightly spoilt by knob head hatton fans) can't wait to go back.
Got ripped off by a couple of prostitutes though. Be careful! you have been warned.![]()
