I would have thought fighter of the decade would be something chosden after the decade is over, not when there is still 10 percent of it left to go....... Strange if you ask me..... If floyd beats Mosley, Pacquaio and then Williams, i'd be rescinding Pacs award there man....

I'm not surprised at Pacquiao being voted as the decade's best fighter. There wasn't a lot of boxers during the decade that can be considered the man's equal.

2010 is the start of the next decade until 2019

The past decade is 2000 to 2009. At least that's how i understand it.

3-2002
4-2003
5-2004
6-2005
7-2006
8-2007
9-2008
10-2009 - end of decade.

New decade -
1) 2010
etc
etc

I dont know how to interpret your post but my intention is to point out that 2010 is the start of a new decade.

2010 is the start of a new decade.

Just as 1990 was the beginning of a new decade and the 80's ended with 1989.

Least thats how I see it.
