Maybe I reacted too quick. I know how much Rafael loves to belittle PBF and its easy to jump on PBF because he pulls things like this. So I will wait another week and then start to worry. I really don't know why PBF will wait and sign later. It would be advantageous for him to sign asap and get the random testing on Mosley started.
