Yes, he was charged and convicted twice, and he basically got slapped on the wrist. He was charged for a third time against his baby mama, but once the baby mama found out that if Floyd got convicted for the third time, it makes it a felony in Nevada, and he could to 5 years, so she recanted her police statement once she got on the stand, and he got off. She couldn't put her meal ticket away.

Well there you go. I couldnt find anything on it so its been a fairly well kept secret.
