Alexander vs. Urango HBO WCB

I think it's a good fight, I'm just annoyed that HBO purposely put it on the same night as Dirrell-Abraham, which is the fight I'll prioritise.

I may be alone but I really like Urango in this fight. I think he's a much better guy than people give him credit for & he's come on leaps & bounds since the Hatton fight. I think Alexander can almost certainly outbox him in the same ugly way that Hatton & Berto did, but I'm not sure he has the physical strength to deal with Urango. Let's remember both Hatton & Berto were considered strong guys for their weightclass, but they struggled with how imposing Urango is.

Also if dozens of Randall Bailey right hands (including one of the sweetest connections I've ever seen to drop Urango) couldn't stop the Colombian, then I can see no way that Alexander does. Urango is just a supremely tough customer & I think Alexander wins the early rounds, until Urango's physical superiority & stamina start to wear him down & Urango stops him late.

Then, I'd love to see a further unification between Urango & Bradley.

Bradley would do well to fight the winner either way. I mean name wise they are all about the same level of popularity. the winner of that would have three of the straps, with Khan holding the last piece of Voltron.
At that point it would be pretty tough for Khan to not fight whomever that winner is.

True & in fact it could work out very well for Khan, because in terms of how I see the style match-ups, I expect Urango to beat Alexander, I'd favour Bradley over Urango by decision & I think Khan beats Bradley, because I see it similar to the Bradley/Holt fight, but with greater activity & technical ability from Khan carrying him to a victory.

If that was the case, we'd have a unified, lineal champ. Although I expect Marquez to beat Khan, which then kind of throws a spanner in the works in a way.

140 has a lot of interesting names right now from all over the globe, I am very happy with the potential matches at Light Welter, now we just have to wait to see how many actually get made.
