Judging from the size of him, I suspect quite a lot. There has to be some serious digestion problems going on there or he's on the Trainer Monkey nutrional programme...

Yeah, I don't even acknowledge Rafael anymore. He clearly speaks from his heart. And he definitely belittles PBF more than what is warranted. Mayweather has given critics enough fuel but Rafael is one of the writers who will find a way to belittle Mayweather in every situation.
I've honestly been surprised by how poor the coverage on this Pac-Mayweather fight is all across the board and I don't think many are shooting straight in regards to it, Rafael and Hauser included. Even Al Bernstein, whom I think is as on-point as there is, seems to have a jaded view of the whole situation in my opinion.
I wouldn't say that boxing journalism is being soiled by these guys though. My favorite writer of all time is Jack Fiske, and he had as much personal opinion in his articles as anyone else (his final column was him lamenting about many things including fighters who wear the same color trunks and fighters with tattoos) today and I actually don't mind that from established writers who have been pre-screened to actually deserve the shout-space. What I don't like is all the crazy ass internet reporters and boxing industry rejects like Michael Marley who do nothing but stir the pot, thus getting internet boards like this exploding with topics on their drivel. That's what sad but I'm not sure how much the quality has dropped so much the quantity. The internet gives people a venue other then calling in to an AM radio station.
Rafael really didn't follow boxing until his 20's? That's odd.
3-Time SADDO PREDICTION COMP CHAMPION.
Rafael is fat, woman-less, and spends his whole life behind a pc watching boxing, porn or both at the same time. Can't blame the guy for coming off as a prick from time to time. He's like the rest after picking floyd to loose time and time again he could care less who beats him. He just wants to be alive to see someone do it. Remember this is the guy who thought joel julio was the next best thing....each entitled to thier own i guess.

I honestly don't think people would give very much credit to Mayweather based on the chronological oppertunities he would have had to face Mosley up until Shane beat Margarito. I mean he lost to Cotto in his biggest WW fight in recent years up until that point so the arguement would be why wouldn't Mayweather face Cotto, but not only was Floyd expecting to face Oscar again, but he fought Hatton like a month after the Mosley-Cotto fight and subsequently retired. I honestly don't think he would have had that much trouble with Miguel and that he wasn't run out of the division. Then Margarito beat Cotto(the first thing that made margarito a marginally valid opponent for Floyd), but he was still retired and once again there would have been a million excuses for why Floyd beat Tony as easy as he would have. Then Shane, thankfully, beat the crap out of TOny and I honestly think he and Pacquiao have made themselves out to be true threats on paper to Mayweather. I think they are the type of fighters people think can truly test Floyd, but there wasn't anyone truly like that when Mayweather was orginally at WW.
Also for somebody who was gone for 16 or 18 months between Hatton and JMM, I don't think 1-2 inches in height and 4 pounds in weight really signify a large difference in "Size". Honestly it was Mayweather's speed and skill that made him so dominant over a guy who's style matched up very poorly with Floyd's. But Mayweather still pissed me off by not trying to make weight.
