Really depends on your diet. and how much you are working out. Also factor in your overall goals . Do I want to lose weight or gain weight ? “ If your not kicking ass in the gym , you do not need all that much maybe just a shake in the morning , , if your pounding out 2 hour sessions then you need more , see what mean? too much protein will just make you fat and have bowel troubles, also can be hard on the liver ! Drink lots of water, and if your lactose intolerant take the capsules because the milk shake thing will double you over faster then a low blow . and the protein shakes without milk taste , well like Sh#t . IMO
