In an odd way it emphasis's (not to go all rainbows and puppy dogs on ya) a positive voting procedure as opposed to all of the demotions.Keeps the top tier moving and rewards.

Maybe we should require a certain amount of votes to approve it.As well...I think the manager of division should be allowed a bigger vote in matter.

Maybe we should require that the defeated have been ranked a certain length of time for it to be allowed?As to not 'encourage' voting pool members in last minute just prior to a fight.Cynical I know
