Lil Nog won a Pan Am Games title in boxing and it is very good, watch the Shogun fight from Pride and see that he has good power also.

Bj as it said has a great jab, chin and on pure boxing there are not many that can go with him for five rounds of stand up, in a pure boxing match i think he would beat St Pierre.

Machida is good but i feel like he would lose some of his elusiveness in a ring and ive seen videos of Anderson and am not massivly impressed!
