The reason I say get a survey is some poor bastard bought one out here recently nice cabin crusier inboard sleeps a few, he sidestepped the survey becuase he could only just afford the bargain boat off the dealers.
He invited his parents out onto the boat for celebratory drinks and it blew up and killed the poor old people and wounded him badly.Seen him walking to the inquest on the news and mentally to look at, you wouldnt be him for all the tea in China.Unfortunately out here its up to the purchaser to do the survey so the bum dealer got away with selling it in court. (It may be different out there, you guys seem to have better public protection in alot of your by laws). These cunts were still alowing our farmers to spray 2 4d on the farms until about 10 years back, you guys banned it 30 years ago.
