    I think if Roy is KO'd, he should at the very least be denied his license in the States, similar to how New York banned Evander from fighting anymore, and Evander has fought fewer pro fights and his KO losses were not nearly as brutal. Yes, Roy has a right to make a living, but states have a right to deny someone as well. I mean do you really want to see Roy like this again:
