Ohhh it is!!! We have a chance to win both gold actually, combined with yesterday's awesomeness of 2 medals in Bobsleigh, 3 contenders for the short circuit in speed skating and a silver in the 3000 meters relay, these are quite good Olympics for Canada overall, even more medals than russia at the moment, which is quite outstanding.

I'm actually quite concerned about the Slovakia game. There's bound to be an emotional letdown after the Russia game and Halak has proven both in the NHL and the Olympics that he can steal a game for his team. They also have a Norris trophy winning defenseman and several elite-level forwards.

Slovakia won't be a piece of pie. However, if the boys are playing physically as they did against Russia, we have good chances to grind them down slowly and methodically... then we'll see if the first USA-Canada was a mere lack of chemistry or if they are really the best this year.

The defense did limit the Russian tornado to 29 shoots, the Canadian canons talked with 42 shooting to the net (42!!!), We're back for the golden quest baby!! The only thing we needed was a bit of chemistry, now it seems that Babcock the alchimist get it done, total awesomeness!!!
