Bruno should of been born 15 years later.. he would kicked the Audley Harrisons and Danny Williams's of this countrys arse's..
Although I don't mind Danny Williams, it's a shame to think that he's the best heavyweight we have.

I think Frank would have had a better chance, I've seen the fight and i don't think Lewis dominated and if Bruno had better stamia i think he would have one.
It was abad Lewis performance that night in Cardiff and he still won by K.o . Imagine if he was on form !
lewis looked bad because frank was all over him like a cheap suit, frank started to showboat and got caught with a punch which lewis threw with his eyes shut. had frank landed his famous right on lewis it would have been over but he chose to jab jab and jab
He did land his right hand on Bruno . I cant provide you with a specific round off the top of my head but it was a jab jab right as Lewis was throwing his own left hook . Bruno followed up with rabbit punches but Lennox recovered . When Lewis landed his best shot it was over for FrankOriginally Posted by nuclear bull
lewis could not noc frank down, if the ref never stop it lennox would have ran out stamina, and his glass jaw would hav wiped him out byy frank jab
The ref stopped it so Bruno wouldn't get badly hurt. Bruno stamina sucked just as bad as Lewis. Anybody remember Bruno-Mccall? When Bruno was barely hanging on.Originally Posted by lennox lewisreturn

I have no idea what you said. You need to work on your spelling. If not use spell check button.

Bruno had too much muscle to have great stamina, he also suffered when under pressure. Against Bugner or Brown because he totally dominated, he was ok stamnia wise. But Against Smith, Whitherspoon and Lewis, he was under too much pressure, to win. Even against the likes of Williams, Gross and McCall, he was struggling, because the fights were not totally one sided.
And as for Lewis' Uncle Tom remark, well Bruno kind of was....
All I can say is that it is a strong possibilty as Frank was ahead on the scorecards.
Bruno was outjabbing Lewis & continually getting the upper hand.
Lewis, at that stage in his career was far too reckless & over reliant on his big Right hand, although he actually finished Bruno with a Left hook (something we didn't see too much of from Lewis).
Saying that, it would not have mattered how hard Frank trained, because he was a notorious hard trainer, he always ran out of stamina in hard fights (the McCall fight was not hard because he virtually did nothing for 10 rounds & didn't pressurise Frank enough); that was the way with Frank.

No he wouldnt. Never ko'd any 'live' fighter before so why start now.
As for if this happened and that happened bullshit, if your granny had a pair of balls she'd be your granda
I just love these what if situations. What if Bruno didn't run out of stamina? Might Lewis have employed a different strategy, perhaps been more aggressive, worked the body more? You can't just change the thing that would have favored your fighter. What if Lewis' fists weighed 10lbs each? I think that would have changed something in the fight too.
