I don't see how Mark TKO is going to deal with my speed, you remember in the first series of Lost where Hurley has to dodge this death trap that french woman put out, he said "Im quiet spry" or some shit, me too.

Im just about to do some training now, Im looking to do 8 to 10 pressups, 3 or 4 sit ups, 2 full 1 minute rounds on the bag (with just a 3 minute rest period between rounds) and then for some fat burning exercises Im going to sit in the sauana and play PSP, while my wife brings me my breakfast, she makes great homemade cheeseburgers and cracking milkprotein shakes.

Im also working on some height enhancement socks to distribute my weight over a larger distance, making me a good 5 foot 6 or so, not that 5 foot 4 isn't a perfectable acceptable height for any real man, such as myself. It will also stop people calling me, a fat fogle, or fatty potter. Also the camera adds 20 pounds.
