Now,
If you want Protein in your diet, I highly suggest getting it from foods you eat....Tuna Fish, Grilled Chicken, etc...
High POroteins and good complex carbs will build muscle and keep you energized just as good as anything..
Protein shakes are good for building, but not for boxers....they tend to put on to much weight...
