I don't think this is fair. The guy Chambers' fought before Wlad was actually a little bigger than Wlad and quick and had good technical skills. Chagaev beat up Valuev. I don't think height alone is the reason Wlad is so good. Also using Corrie Sanders as an analogy to say what Wlad isn't good IMO is a little unfair. It's like saying Pep wasn't good because he couldn't get the better of Saddler. Or Marquez against Mayweather. I think stylewise, Sanders who is quick, southpaw, taller, and heavyhanded is the worst matchup for Wladimir. He would do a lot better against a orthodox fighter with those same traits, but a tall southpaw has too easy of a time landing on Wlad because his chin simply isn't good enough, and nobody can avoid a quick southpaw forever. I honestly think Wlad would have beaten almost everyone from the 90's and 70's when heavyweight boxing was in its "glory days"

Well not only what you said (which was summed up pretty well and agreed too many people use a fight from too long ago as basis to judge him)...But seriously Wlad was a whole different fighter then....That was 7 years ago...

It would be like people dismissing everything Lennox Lewis accomplished because of his loss to MCCall

Sorry don't know who you are or where you have posted in the past but guys around here don't make assumptions, hate/love fighters due to color....

Opinions of the people here are on what they believe of the fighters style, accomplishments, decisions etc...

And since your new I will catch you up to speed...Lennox is/has been ripped plenty on these boards

I've never noticed any racial bias in terms of which fighters are criticized on here.
