I think the problem is that VD went civil on us.... VD was like a pitbull without a leash when it came to noobs. What happened?

Na seriously, we've never really been elitist here so (apart from the odd welcome arse biting from VD) we just go with the flow and in a way that's a good thing.
I always feel that if your not happy with the way things are going, why not contribute accordingly?

Its not all bad: Soon you will be slightly deaf, short or long sighted, forgetful,a bit sore when you wake up. You will cease to care what you wear or when or what anybody else thinks of you. You can say No whenever you wish to and call people on bullshit when you do hear it. So you find new freedoms including a new take on freedom of speech out in public
That is usually unpopular but adds to the action or reaction .

(Also new freedoms eventuate because you can carry a nasty stick around with you legally. ) Poking youngsters out of my way is something i have look forwards to.

I definitely think that the success of the board, has added a lot of...dare I say it...stupid fans.....used to be that we could have disagreements on boxers and fights but the quality of the comments were more intelligent...but I read the main board these days and its nothing but fan boys on a lot of posts....

but I guess that is what happens when the board became successful. But I do miss the old days when we practically knew everybody that was here....
