Lueshing-Saunders was brilliant... about 100 knockdowns
Ayers-Rigby ending after the brutal war was amazing too. It was like they realised the war had gone to far

Anyone remember Del Bryan, southpaw black fighter who had a good punch and could be knocked down.

Yea this guy from eastside who i just stumbled upon, because i was googling Michael Ayers. Is uploading all the British closet classic fights, so i found his youtube account.
And he's got some classics there, gonna watch the Michael Brodie vs Neil Swain fight later, and i've heard he's uploading some Spencer Oliver fights, im looking forward to seeing some of his fights.

Yea i watched some Michael Brodie fights when i was younger, i was always a fan of his. Aswell as Paul Ingle he was one of my favorite, British fighters as a kid.
Also does anyone remember Carl Thompson vs Terry Dunstan ? i heard this had a double knockdown in the last round, it seems every fight Carl Thompson's in its a FOTY candidate.
You beat me to it - Check out some old Dunstan stuff. The guy is probably one of the most naturally talented British fighters never to win a world title (He was 1 round away!) - I sparred him a couple times when he was helping me out and he kicked my ass in the old 1900's queensbury stance (both fists facing towards yourself) and even did the running man at one point whilst jabbing me lol piss taker![]()

Chris eubank v Carl Thompson is worth a watch
I remember following Spencer Oliver's early career till it was cut short rather tradgically, i enjoyed watching his fights
