well erm, i was assuming that someone would come up with something like this. this is just a coincidence, but just today, i was reading various posts on a forum that has to do with coronary diseases because my father is having some problems (hopefully it's going to be just a minor operation putting a stent into one of his arteries), so i came up with an article about a 20 year old asking if fitness programme + using proteins could've caused him a heart arithmia.

The cardio-surgeon who answers people these questions answered that there is no way that proteins could be harmful nor for his heart nor for any other organs. in fact he said that these proteins can be quite useful both for people who do sports/fitness and people who aren't so active.

proteins aren't science fiction, if they we're harmful it would have been proved by now.
