    Prime Roy.

    Mosley deserves a mention also.

For someone with Knock out power in either hand... The ability to put 3-4 knockout punches together in lightening succession is almost unfair!
It's a shame though that he was unable to sustain that kind of intensity.

With regards to Sugar Ray; while i'll agree that he was heads and shoulders above when it came to comparing him in his own era... Well, you know... (I can't bring myself to say it )

Ray Robinson didn't do it as dazzling as Jones but damn knocking Gene Fullmer out cold. A man who was never stopped,Jake Lamotta again a man who was never stopped in the Valentine's Day Massacre. I leave it with this 173 wins with 108 KO's the quickest hands at the time with the best power except for maybe Archie Moore and Rocky Marciano.Obviuosly much better opposition as well.
What about James Toney? Jones sent him reeling cross the ring and no one does that to Toney, what about Griffin? He twice beat Toney and Jones decapitated him with an awesome display of power. You just brush Hill aside like he is no-one. Well upto that point he had only been beaten twice and no-one including Thomas Hearns could do to him what Jones did with his power. You can hear the snap as 2 of his ribs cracked he hit him that hard.

I'm so glad no one has picked Whittaker or Taylor. That would just not make sense with SRR and RJJ on there...

I think when I see that picture of RJJ from JonesJrMayweather I can't help but pick him. It's like I'm being brainwashed!

Meldrick Taylor is about tied with Leonard for the fastest hands in that group. Blinding speed and short arms.

If Leonard had the best combination of power and speed, he would knock guys out with 15-20 power punches in a row. Taylor's punch combinations where just amazing to watch in that light.

But for obvious reasons if you had to pick a guy with the best speed and power combined it was JonesJr. He had too much of both. Knocked people out silly...
