listen,so if a person is sent to prison for let's say one year and does his time and gets out he doesn't deserve to make a living? margarito was punished for one year. if you don't like it then send a letter to the nevada athletic commission (or whatever their called) and voice you dissatisfaction with their decision. last thing i know, margarito didn't ever fight mosley with those alleged loaded gloves. he also did his one year suspension so in essence, he's paid his dues. margarito definitely deserves to fight again if the Nevada officials grant him his license to fight. besides, margarito wasn't the only one who alleged cheated. the nevada officials also dropped the ball by failing to properly supervise his handwrapping like they are supposed to do.

Well if his profession and earnings was from was stealing cars, selling drugs, beating people with bricks for the amusement of others, I would have to say no he can't earn a living doing that anymore. Besides he can earn a living fighting in Mexico where he belongs, he's not even a citizen of the United States so if he wants to fight that's fine with me, just do it in Mexico which is his homeland and where he has citizenship.
