I wear Kenneth Cole Reaction, because it was on sale. Like Kirkland I used to wear Cool Water, but I'm over that now.

For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.

Original & Best: The Sugar Man
As you may know Bilbo I'm big on looking good and smelling good...
So anything to do with apparel and stuff like that I'm on it.
So here are IMO the greatest colognes to date...
#7 - Issey Miyake - L'eau D'Issey
One for the ages, with like I think this one has potential for a 5 spot no doubt. I gave a couple of bottles away for birthdays a few years ago. Like the sweet smell not usually my taste but this one is done just right.
#6 - Hugo Boss - Hugo
Just like Aqua a must have at any point. Hugo is all I wore during my senior year in HS. Young and fresh smell.
#5 - Giorgio Armani - Aqua Di Gio
A classic one and must have at any point in a mans life. You can never go wrong with a splash of Aqua. When in doubt go with Aqua.
#4 - Ralph Lauren - Romance
A instant classic, not out for long but quickly became one to have in my collection. In years to come I can easily see it in the top 3.
#3 - Kenneth Cole - Black
Nice and clean nothing too strong. Subtle but very catchy. I gotta admit huge fan of Kenneth so I might be overrating this one here a bit possibly #4.
#2 - Dolce&Gabbana - D&G
Was my #1 for many years until I started getting a whole lot more compliments from the Dior fragrance. Clean yet with a flirty smell almost sweet like but not really.
#1 - Christian Dior - Fahrenheit
Clean, masculine smell, not sweet or sugarie... Just a really nice clean smell very inviting to women. I think this is the essential smell for a guy.
Bilbo I strongly recommend you at least try and smell these if you haven't already. Not sure what your preference is but I can guarantee that you will find one you like in this bunch...
Cheers Mick I'm glad you posted and will definitely check out your favourites. To be honest I was hoping you'd make it to my thread as there really wasn't anybody else on here whose nose I'd trust.
I mean no offence to HattonTheHammer and Fenster but I just couldn't take grooming advice from men I imagine taste like beer, sweat and pork pies
I figured Amat and Ouma might have fairly decent taste and Miles probably has a refined nose, but I had reservations about taking advice from anyone other than Saddo's greatest style guru. AKA the Mexican.
I'm glad you like Acqua Di Gio, it seems to be seen as a generic sellout all over the net but I always figured that popular really just meant good. I mean if a scent gets to number 1 then it must be there for a reason right, and that reason probably has to be that girls love it.
Also pleased you like Issey Miyake. It's been my daily staple for years. My last bottle was Leu'Blue which to be honest I haven't liked as much as the original fragrence but have just ordered some of the classic stuff over Easter and hopefully it will come later today. The original Leu Dissey is beautiful stuff I agree.
